CEOLP Registration
Register with the Crestone End of Life Project
Registration for our services is ONLY available to Saguache County residents (or property owners) who have lived here for more than three months.
However, more information for non-residents or those interested in starting an end-of-life project in their own community can be obtained through our sister organization, Informed Final Choices (IFC) – please click here.

We make every attempt to keep our services affordable and reasonable. We are an all volunteer organization, and we ask only for a small donation to cover hard costs. All suggested donations are tax-deductible and non-refundable.

OPEN AIR CREMATION
$10 – Donation for registering with CEOLP
$500 – 800 Suggested Donation to CEOLP to cover care of the body, wood, fire department presence, stretcher and Dragon Mountain land use.
